The crew completed their last EVA of the mission today. They took the drone out and surveyed the recent repairs on ILMAH for Malnack’s wear-and-tear study.
The plant study is coming to an end, and some of the plants appear to be ready for taste testing! While some of the plants have been stressed due to high temperatures, quite a few continue to stand tall and persevere.
Things are winding down with 2 days to go, and all major tasks are complete, aside from one CardioBreath session. From here on out they will be focused on wrapping things up and cleaning the hab to prepare for egress.
The crew has enjoyed their experience, but they are looking forward to being back on Earth with their friends and family.
